Extend Coolant Life

EASY GLIDE^TM 68, a way lubricant manufactured by LOGIX, contains a special adhesion and tactifier package that allow it to outlast conventional way lubes by up to 50 percent. It has excellent tramp oil rejection capabilities and won't drop to the bottom of the sump to cause bacterial problems. It resists buildup that hampers precision and quality and spreads anti-stick/slip film for smoother machining and fewer rejects. Meets ASLE standard W-315 for a compounded heavy-medium way oil and meets or exceeds major machine manufacturers' requirements for adhesiveness, oiliness and film strength.

Extend Cutting Tool Life

"Use PREMIUM ALL-PURPOSE SEMI-SYNTHETIC COOLANT during heavy-duty machining on all ferrous, nonferrous and nonmetallic materials. You'll be applying an innovative wetting agent that makes water wetter, enabling the coolant to penetrate through the heat zone (gas pocket). So you'll get instant lubricity and cooling to both work piece and tool, allowing greater speeds and feeds and prolonged tool life," said a company spokesman.

PREMIUM ALL-PURPOSE SEMI-SYNTHETIC COOLANT, manufactured by LOGIX, has a high dilution rate (up to 30:1 for general machining) and is especially effective for alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper alloys... including brass and bronze. This coolant is front loaded with premium biocides and contains excellent rust and corrosion inhibitors. It won't smoke, rust or produce foul odors. It's stable in hard water and is nonflammable and noncombustible, containing no nitrites, nitrates, phenols or silicones, according to the spokesman.
